Arnaldo Jara

Arnaldo Jara, MBA, joined the iHealth Board on 6/26/24. Arnaldo has nearly 20 years of experience providing services to the underserved, with 15 of those being with The Alliance for Positive Change. Throughout his tenure at Alliance, he has served in various capacities in the Care Management program from providing direct services to administrative roles. In his time with Alliance, he has assisted with the continued growth of the organization by building relationships with medical providers across New York City, and seeing the organization expand to several offices across New York City to continue to service those populations most in need.

Currently he serves as the Vice President of Care Management and Treatment Adherence where he is directly responsible for all operations of the Health Homes program. Throughout 2023 and 2024 he tirelessly advocated on behalf of the program to lawmakers to ensure the programs future viability to keep servicing the most vulnerable populations. Arnaldo has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Fordham University and a Masters in Business Administration from Long Island University.
