Michael Rustin
Michael Rustin, Vice President of Adult Day Healthcare and Substance Use Services for Harlem United is experienced in program implementation, service design, fiscal management, and oversight of multiple programs. His current portfolio includes the Adult Day Healthcare, Health Home, Food and Nutrition, and Vocational Education programs.
Prior to joining Harlem United in 2011, Michael served as the Associate Executive Director for Youth and Family Services for the Southeast Bronx Neighborhood Centers, Inc., (SEBNC). While at SEBNC Michael implemented new programs and oversaw the management of several agency facilities and budgets. Michael has expertise in managed care, advocacy programs, HIV/AIDS service, homelessness, business development, and collaboration with community organizations. Michael is a Licensed Social Worker and graduate of Fordham University.
